Types of Services:
Having studied both western and Asian massage modalities, my style is an integration of the various techniques I've learned over the years. Each session is targeted to address underlying postural imbalances and intended to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to facilitate internal healing and balance. What follows describes the general differences between the treatments that I provide.

Classic Swedish: This oil-based massage utilizes long strokes and light to medium pressure which helps to increase circulation and boost immunity for pure relaxation. Great after an intense workout or if you receive massage infrequently or have never had one.
Integrated Deep Tissue: Recommended for those with severe muscular tension, deep tissue massage utilizes specific techniques to focus on the layers of muscles below the surface to relieve tension in tight areas. A deep tissue massage can often be intense, but should never be painful.
